The Situation
Before QBITS, the business was primarily physical-first. Customers could visit the studio to arrange services, but there was no structured digital brochure experience.

Built a portfolio website with a service enquiry form, connected to an automated brochure-delivery flow via SMTP, and implemented WhatsApp messaging automation using Meta's official API.
Deliverables
The owner no longer needs to manually send brochures. Customers request and receive information through the website, gaining a stronger digital presentation.

A custom internal CRM project designed specifically to centralize operational records and reduce dependence on paper registers.
